Is it free?
SubbieSnap is free for subbies, always. It's free for firms too, for now. If that ever changes for firms, we'll say first.
Who can post jobs?
Firms hiring for their own work. Labour agencies can't post, and posts from firms that look like agencies are checked before they go live.
Who sees my documents?
Nobody, until a firm shortlists you for a job. Then that firm can open them, and you can see each time it does. Firms you haven't been shortlisted by only see which cards and insurance you've listed, and when they expire.
Someone's broken the rules
Use Report on their profile, post, review or chat, and we'll look into it. You can also block them, so neither of you sees the other.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap the settings cog at the top of any tab, then Delete my account. On the website, it's at the bottom of Settings. Everything goes straight away.
